How to apply

Please complete the Application Form from this website.

1. Deadline for application : Fri., July 31, 2026 Now Accepting Applications (Ends when capacity is reached)

   *With signing the reverse application form, the exhibitor and the organizer agree on the below terms and conditions of this exhibition contract. Unless you cancel by May 31, 2026, please note that 50 % of cancellation fee will be charged from June 1, 2026.

   *Please note that applications will close when all space is allocated even before the deadline.

2. Payment : The secretariat will email you an invoice after your application is received.
   Exhibitions fees must be remitted by the date specified in the invoice without fail.
3. Cancellation : In principle, cancellations will not be accepted after June 1, 2026.
   *Only when the Secretariat deems it unavoidable will cancellations be accepted, and in such cases the following penalties will be incurred based on the date when written notice of cancellation is received.
   *Please refer to the No.1 of “Terms and Conditions” about the details.
